The Seven Keys of Vibrant Health

Vibrant health goes far beyond what we eat. It’s about how we live our lives each day, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s returning to a way of living with Nature as our guide.

The first five keys of health are in the physical realm:

  1. Breathing & Excercise

  2. Hydration

  3. Sleep & Sun

  4. Diet/Nutrition

  5. Grounding

The sixth key lies in the realm of our emotional/psychological state. Believe it or not, many, if not most, of our physical symptoms and illnesses stem from our emotional/psychological state. For example, we all know that continued psychological stress will lead to such things as an ulcerated stomach, digestive issues, and all manner of heart issues. Our mind and emotions are acting upon the body, causing our psychological state to manifest in the physical realm as illness. Traumas and psychological scars in their various forms exert a strong influence over our physical health.

The seventh key is the most important of all. It’s our spiritual being, our true spirit and self, which ultimately is our connection to God. This gives us our Purpose and sense of being. Without it, we are wandering, lost, empty, and unhealthy.
